The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

if you are talking about the LSPD pack from Captain 14 a few of us are having the same issue. i have no fixes for this yet, mostly because i dont have a clue what is causing this. if i find a cure i will let you know.
