Update Notifications

Hi there! I don't know if this is more of a suggestion or a support question.

I was wondering if there was a way to only get notified when a mod updates rather than get notified every time someone comments...

Sadly, there is not. Hence the reason I don't follow anything.

Just keep checking back every few days or once a week. Look at the section your mods are in and see if they were recently updated.

I check Vehicle Models, Scripts/Plug-ins, Character, Audio, Visual & Data Files, and Misc once a week. Make a habit out of it and you'll take no more than a minute checking for new content.

That's a shame. I hope they add something that can fix that... :/

The site system doesn't work very well for just update notifications, they tend to be a bit unreliable. You can check for updates for most plugins using my troubleshooter (and perhaps find some other optimizations), and most of my mods will notify you ingame.

I use that for my plugins, but there's nothing so far that works with model files and data file modifications :/
