The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

For some reason whenever I turn on my lights in any moded car the lights turn on but they don't actually look lit up... The color is there but they are not giving off any "light"... PLEASE HELP

All of the pics that I included are of a Charger and Explorer with the lights on. Even the pics of in the day time...

You're required to use graphic/ brighter lights mods such as to make your lights look good. Just go to the visual section of the downloads. There are enough light enhancing mods.

Shaders and PostFX options set to high or above in the graphics tab of your game.
