When I try to start as Admin, it gives me the classic: "SecuLauncher: failed to start application. [2000]"...

Alright I started the Launcher as admin and it ranned... but then failed to load LCPDFR_loader.loader

So you fixed  "SecuLauncher: failed to start application. [2000]"...?

If so, follow the instructions in the spoiler

1. Go to Control Panel

2. Uninstall every C++ Redistribute you can find

3. Go to your GTAIV folder that contains GTAIV and Installers

4. Go to Installers

5. Install vcredist_86

6. Try launching again

Run the game once more, go to your GTA IV root and open up the LCPDFR.txt, upload that here.

 

Are you running as admin and in compatibility  XP3?

download these and put them in ur gtaiv root, relaunch.

 

Remember to run LaunchGTAIV.exe as admin and make sure gtaiv.exe has compatibility XP3, find this out by right-clicking gtaiv.exe, going to properties, compatibility.

AdvancedHookInit.asi

While we are here, get rid of Trainerbogt and Trainerlad, you only need trainer.

Alright, but I'm also reinstalling it too to see if it would work (Did and 1.0.8.0 backup so copying files :D).

When it's reinstalled, try using the manual install of LCPD:FR.
