Alrighty, I've had LCPD:FR + ELS v8.51 + Simple Trainer v65 and it would work fine. But now... Im getting the nice error: "Error in script 'LCPDFR_Loader.loader'!" I've done the LCPD:FR check and says I'm missing the "MSVCP110.dll from ADVANCEDHOOKINIT.ASI. Im broken... But the trainer works fine. I've tried the dsound version and the x-live-less. I'll attach my LOG's for further help. I do have TS3 if that'll help the process more :teehee:

P.S. the Log Check failed to

EDIT:   Added my Diagnostics Log.

Download this and this, put it into your GTAIV Root, then run the check again to make sure that no other dependencies are missing.

If it says that something exists in the game folder, but expected to be in system folders, paste the DLL in question to System32 and SysWOW64, the common path for these folders is: C:\Windows\System32 and C:\Windows\SysWOW64, if it asks to overwrite, click yes.

:)

Still says that it's still missing...

Line from the Check Application: Failed to resolve MSVCR110.dll from C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto\GTAIV\ADVANCEDHOOKINIT.ASI

I've tried to paste them in the System32 and SysWOW64. Replaced the one in Syaytem 32 and added it in the SysWOW64. So confused... GTA is weird :woot:

Run another check and put the log in a spoiler.

No, the mouse in non-responsive, and still have the same error...

Your mouse is now un-responsive? Is that out of game?

That has nothing to do with anything we've done. Please make another log and upload it here.

Would this also fix my ELS problem too? I haven't been able to actually use it at all.

Yes.

I had this problem a while ago and just continuing to fix errors until the dependency error went away had solved it.

Make sure you downloaded the latest ELS:

Right-click on GTAIV.exe, properties, compatibility and go to XP3.

Also, give this a shot.

And this:

Spoiler

1. Right click on the GTAIV folder, it's above the 'Installers' folder.

2. Go to properties

3. Make sure read-only is unticked.

4. Click apply if needed

5. Make sure the second dot is selected and click ok

6. Click ok

7. Try launching.

Yes, I have 8.51 but not installed at the moment only LCPD:FR 1.1. Also, the mouse is still unresponsive in-game...

Another point of interest: Thank you so much for helping me on this! I though all support was closed :P

Are you able to launch LCPDFR now? I made a few edits to the post just before so check them out.

And yeah, not many help in the IV forums anymore. I and i'm assuming you don't have the specs nor money to play GTA V, so we're left with IV. At least rockstar sort of still gives a bugger with it's latest 1.8 patch.

You assumed correctly.. I fall short last time I tried to play GTA V... haven't tried it in a while.. Just got RAM Upgraded.
