I have assorted callouts and code red callouts and whenever I go on duty I still get the default call outs

(When I go on duty it says code red is loaded but I still don't get the callouts)

Yes, In the future please read the manual provided. Usually they come in a folder named "Grand Theft Auto V". Just go to where your Grand Theft Auto V folder is, and drag the one included in the file you downloaded in. This wont replace anything, just add the stuff the callout pack needs to run into where it is supposed to go. I'm only giving you a quick run down because you need to understand that you should always read the manuals included in the file and/or on the files page.

In your Grand Theft Auto V main folder, there should be a text file called startup.rphs // Do you have "loadplugin CodeRedCallouts.dll" or "loadplugin AssortedCallouts.dll" put in the notepad? If not, that could be one of the problems. Plus, you're using two different callout plugins so they could be conflicting with each other and crashing upon startup. I would suggest removing one of the plugins from the Grand Theft Auto V/Plugins/LSPDFR folder, place one of the .dll and configuration settings in a separate folder on the Desktop and try to start it using only one of the callout plugins.

Your startup.rphs note should look something like this depending on the callout plugin that you use: http://prntscr.com/drpe4x

If that doesn't help you in some sort of way, I would suggest reinstalling each plugin fresh.

That's why they're not loading.

Once you start up RageHookPlugin from your GTAV Main Directory, click the Gear next to the Red X, should bring you to your settings.

If ( http://prntscr.com/drv6ag )is brought up, click "Plugins" and select "Load these plugins on startup." ( http://prntscr.com/drv7m8 ) I would highly advise not to click on "load all plugins on startup", ( http://prntscr.com/drv857 ) as all that does is write "ReloadAllPlugins" to your text file, and loads nothing. I hope that helps.

They load now except I still get the basic callouts.

I have no idea then, this is literally my first day on LSPD:FR but here's another tip. Have you tried removing AssortedCallouts.dll and the configuration files for that plugin? The two could be conflicting with each other. That's my only other option I have for you right now.
