  1. Didn't seem to be in the folder, but i'll re-do it and let you know if it works. I feel so dumb now. EDIT: It works, thanks for the help!
  2. Yeah it's in my main directory. I don't know what's really wrong with it. 2nd picture is everything after GTAVLauncher.exe
  3. Bottom line is, ELS won't work. I have tried everything from: uninstalling / reinstalling ASI Loader / Manager / openCamera from OpenIV and restarting my computer Fresh VCF and Police / Sheriff vehicle files as well as a new vehicles.awc unmodded. (for sirens) Forcing Duty to see if ELS will load when on duty, doesn't seem to work at all. Fresh install of ScriptHookV w/ NativeTrainer.asi and reinstalling C++ Visual 2015 Attached are screenshots of still images, lights clearly not working from all modded vehicles.
  4. Hello. I am currently living in Rockford, Illinois, which is located inside of Winnebago County, Illinois. I was wondering if anyone could possibly make a custom WCPD (Winnebago County Police Department) Pack w/ ELS that I or anyone could use? There will be pictures attached based on the vehicles in the county. Any other car other than the ones provided is acceptable. Thank you for your time.
  5. I have been using the newly updated LCPD:FR 1.0d for a week now, but I have noticed that there is something else wrong besides the Mod itself. I have constantly been getting lag spikes every 3-5 seconds and my FPS is always low since i have Low Memory. The mods I currently have installed are listed below along with my Computer Specs. [All this information is accurate as of 1/30/2015] My Current Mods for EFLC: All My Current Mods are in this link below: http://prntscr.com/5z3k5y (vehicles.img is modded) Computer Specifications: Acer Aspire 7551 4.1 Win Experience Index AMD Athlon II P340 Dual Core Processor 2.20 GHz 3.00GB RAM (2.75GB Usable) 64-Bit Operating System Windows 7 Home Premium Service Pack 1 1024x768 [Anyone have suggestions on how to fix this?] Current Commandline: -renderquality 0 -shadowdensity 0 -texturequality 0 -viewdistance 0 -detailquality 0 -width 800 -height 600 -availablevidmem 12.0 -percentvidmem 100 -DX9 /low -renderquality 0 -frameLimit 0 -noprecache -minspecaudio -safemode {Unable to use the commandline of -window or -windowed, game freezes every 3 seconds} [should I change anything about the commandline?] {Notice: The version of GTA IV EFLC is updated correctly to 1.1.2.0. I have also made sure that none of the Noose / Swat vehicles are not Modified, seeing that they crash my game if modded. I am not using a CRACKED version of GTA, This was downloaded off Steam} Please help me if you can. Thanks :)
  6. Okay, I solved this myself, no need to respond to this.
  7. (This Version of GTA IV I'm using is Steam version) Hello, I'm having trouble installing LCPD:FR 1.0c, I have removed LCPD:FR 0.95 RC2-R2 and some other scripts so I could download 1.0c, but whenever I do successfully install 1.0c and go In-game to try it out, it already says that it can't be loaded. Could it be from one of my scripts i'm using or is it just very buggy? Please Help, Thanks. Scripts i'm using: ALPR 1.5 ELS v8.0 gTaTer_FuelMod Policing (Callouts were manually disabled in 0.95, unable to arrest) Strobes vdH_towService 2.0.0 Simple Native Trainer v6.5 (Removed due to bugs) My System Info: Manufacturer and Model: Acer Aspire Processor: AMD Athlon II P340 Dual-Core Processor 2.20 GHz RAM: 3.00GB (2.75GB Usable) 64-Bit Operating System [iNFO - 6:56:57 AM] [Log] Started [iNFO - 6:56:57 AM] [Main] Main: Initializing...
