I know Macs aren't for games but is there a way to play GTA IV and get this mod on Mac OS X? If there is please provide links! Thanks.

Oh, Alright thank you, but can you, or anyone else, provide me with a downloadable link for GTA 4, or do I buy the disc? I would also appreciate if someone could tell me how to make my own police cruiser. Thank you!

LCPDFR doesn't support cracked versions of the game. There are many brick and mortar retailers (Walmart, Gamestop, etc.) that sell GTA IV PC dirt cheap. If you want to buy and download the game, I'd suggest you buy it from Steam. If you want to download a pirated version of the game, you're on your own.
