Hello, I was wondering (as the title says) how to change the colors of ELS lights. I have changed the required data in the VCF, but I haven't done the actual texture editing since I last played LCPD:FR (over a year) and I would much rather go into it knowing exactly how, rather than fumbling about and potentially messing up a vehicle's textures. Thanks!

 

EDIT: I meant this for GTA V, not IV.
