Hai, whenever I start playing GTA V via RagePlugin.exe. I start playing with Franklin (I still don't have all the characters) and there is no police station on my map. If I type F4 I can see the RagePlugin scrolling down and etc. . 

I tried to close it and re opening it, still not working.  I also recieved a story game's mission.

If you press F4 while in story mode does the RAGE console open?

I think you have to play story mode and play until you can save the game (after franklin delivers the cars and he drives to his house you can save it from there on I think)

yes, you have to at least pass the prologue (quick rundown of the events that happen during it below. PLEASE DONT READ IF YOU DONT KNOW YET.)

(part where you have to steal money from a banks safe, drive away in a truck, run away from cops in a field, steal a car with lamar, and finally chase after him.

Alright, I'll try so. Thanks.

I kept playing for a while, reached the mission: "Father/son"... and still nothing changed... there is no police station and I can still see the Rageplugin's menu whenever I press F4.

Did you load the Plugin in your configuration or on the RPH console ? Try write in the console this:

 

LoadPlugin "LSPD First Response.dll"

I tried it...and it says that it's not exist :(

it should come up double check your LSPDFR is installed correctly.
