my game does nothing but continue to load. can anyone give me suggestions on what to do?

Did you recently  update RPH? If you did try removing or disabling the mods folder see if it loads then. If it does then you will have to update the mods folder

Are you on a retail version or steam version?

Does the game load when you click on the GTA V icon ? i.e load normally without using RPH

I think it has something to do with the ELS lighting Mod

OK remove the mod and see, did you install the ELS in the correct folder?

all I do is place it into the main directory correct?

I'll try now. I thought it was something else but I was wrong

Have you tried loading the game without going thru RPH?

i haven't yet. it's retail

OK try loading the game without RPH just to make sure the game is loading correctly.

A quick google came up with some solutions that worked for some people stuck on that screen. Best way is to fix the GTA V stuck on loading screen first then install LSPDFR.

Some people say to run it as admin 

Some say to delete the this: 

Start Menu > Documents > Rockstar Games > Social Club > Profiles

There was a folder in Profiles named 2547AC96 (delete that)
