The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

So I just got GTA V yesterday for PC to use LSPDFR. used the auto installer version of LSPDFR so everything went into my game directory properly. I then went to the RPH site and downloaded the latest update, and put everything (except liscences and SDK folders) into my game directory. Tried starting my game up with the RPH.exe file in the directory with administrator. Get a message about unblocking all of the .dlls. After that, nothing happened. So I started the game normally, and when I got to the mode selection screen, I alt-tabbed and ran RPH.exe with administrator privs. Still nothing. In-game, F4 does NOTHING. As if there is nothing at all I changed about the directory. Help anyone??

Not sure where that is. Is it RagePluginHook.ini? Because nothing in there seems important and doesn't pertain to what you're saying

Sorry, I read your original post incorrectly. It kind of sounds like your PC is preventing Rage from running. Do yo perhaps have an anti virus that may be preventing Rage from running?

Also did you unblock the files it asked you too? Make sure you start the game with RP and you have all the required programs it states on the RPH website.

Try installing it again if that fails

I had to just install/repair all required programs on the site. It's working just fine now. Just waiting for traffic and arrest manager to be updated so we can use them with the latest version of GTA. Thanks!
