The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I have been looking around for a way to backup my steam version of the game incase a new update breaks the game(which will happen again). Does anyone have a link to a guide for the steam version tutorial?

Through RPH there is a way to create a backup in case a new update does come out and you want to roll back a version. However, as mundane as it may seem, I have also just copied my entire GTA V folder and placed it as like "GTA Backup" in my steam common folder. That way if I royally mess something up or just want to do a fresh start, I can delete the old game and just rename the backup and it will be like brand new.
