my issue is it wont load. I left to go out of town for a month, i came back and wanted to play lcpdfr and gta wouldnt start. i reinstalled gta 4 and lcpdfr and it still will not start up. I dont know what happened while i was gone. no one touched my computer. My social club account is linked according to the website but the game start up menu doesnt.

Yeah that's really weird. I would try going into the GTA IV forums and seeing if there is somebody in there that could help.

No, but I thought about it. I just work really long shifts and don't really know how to edit videos hahaha

best program is imovie. it is simple and there are instructional videos all over the place

If you did a fresh install then reinstalled everything then either one of your files is corrupt or you are getting bad files from steam.

i havent even tried adding lspdfr or rhp yet.

Are you installing from steam?? At this point it's a corrupted file from your download source or another software/hardware problem.
