I would like somebody to make a Los Santo's County  Police skin pack for Capt14's LSPD pack.

I would like it  Also to say "Serving the Cities of Grapeseed,Los Santos,Sandy Shores and Paleto Bay"

I would make a sizable donation to whoever could accomplish this and yes they would need to be shared here also.
