The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I know that it has a lot of topics about This new version of the game is not currently supported by LSPDFR .

Did anyone knows the relase date of new ragepluginhook version or is any chances to backup old version?

You're going to have to just wait on a new version of RAGE. They usually take about a week to a week and a half to fully update it. There could be some problems seeing that some new vehicles and online missions were added to the game that they need to get around. Maybe R* patched a lot of the security issues/files that allowed RAGE to be able to do what it did, thus the ever lasting waiting game.

What Hashbrown said, with the new GTA V Update you will have to wait a few days or maybe a few hours for the new version, just check this site and there Twitter daily until you see that the new version of Rage Plugin Hook has been released https://ragepluginhook.net/
