The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Both in lspdfr and in basic singleplayer when I enter a vehicle I got a tazer equiped. And when I leave that wehicle, and press tab, I pull out a tazer. And this happens in eny vehicle. Its not such a big issue but I would like to know if I can do something about it. Like when I get into a shootout and want to quickly draw a weapon, I draw out a tazer so thats not gonna be much of a help :)
