Problems with ForceDuty

Hello i have one big problem

i have GTA V and im installed LSPDFR Mod, then i launched i was see all perfect but when opened console  they cannot find ForceDuty Command who can help?

Does the console say "Unknown Command?"

LSPDFR.dll is probably not running. Try the command: LoadPlugin LSPDFR.dll . After that forceduty should work
