What is saying that? Your description is useless.

its saying the log files are checked but see report for more details and i dont know what that means

The LCPDFR Troubleshooter. There is no other tool that has that message as far as I know.

 

Also can you please calm down? All your replies make it seem you are boiling with anger.

I'm not boiling; he provided a description that was very vague, I asked him for a clearer description, and he gave me the same answer, so frustrated is all

and when i go to check the report i dont understand wat to do with it

No one is helped by being frustrated. We've all been in a position where we don't understand something.

I haven't played LCPDFR for many a years to be perfectly honest :)
