GTA IV fatal error when starting

Hello

i installed LCPDFR yesterday (and today several times) but when i start GTA 4 it says "GTA IV FATAL ERROR: Invalid resource detected - Please re-install the game" (btw, error code EFC20)

And thus i reinstalled it but it shows up again. i just can't figure out why it doesn't work.

I have .NET Framework 4 installed, as well as C++ 2010, game version 1.0.7.0

I've also run the diagnostics tool:
