I was playing with everything working, then after the GFWL update the game no longer accepts scripthook dsound.dll nor xlive.dll
I want to know if there's anything I can do?
I have already reinstalled Steam and the Gta Iv is still true

Yeah just downgrade gta by downloading patch

Hey,

This is a very common issue with anyone who updated to new path 8!

New path did not support any scripts mods, of course include lcpdfr, so if you still have a backup of old path 7, just keep use 7 with mods.

Otherwise, wait until lcpdfr support GTAIV new path. You should always make backups and keep them.

Well,

Do u have a backup copy before you updated your GTAIV? If you don't, try to download GTAIV path 7.

We don't allowed to upload original files through this site, I can not give you my old copy.

So please try go to google, find a official safety site download GTAIV old path. Next time, backup your original game, make several copies before

change anything, whether add mod or auto update, this will save you a lot if you are working with GTAIV.

Please review this topic, you have to install path 7 in order to play with mods

Good Luck
