You are playing with an unsupported GTA 5 update. You need to downgrade your GTA 5. This may not be possible, so you will probably have to wait until RAGE Plugin Hook is updated.

First download lspdfr install it then go to : https://ragepluginhook.net/ download the latest version and install i, never install lspdfr after ragehook always install it before.

Sorry to tell you that, but it's the other way around, it's his RPH that wasn't updated, you can see it is on version 0.36 when the actual version is 0.47, don't confuse people asking for support :)

Alright, just saw the "877.1" and figured that it was newer than ragehook's last version that supports up to 877
