The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

tried verifying files, restarting and disabling antivirus with no luck. :(

    Have the same problem. Disabled antivirus and started in compatibility mode for win 7. This got me to the launcher screen and the game was launched, but immediately loaded

    in story mode. Menu came on with F4 but couldnt do anything with it. Installed the Game yesterday,so I'am a newbie on mods.

    Tried veryfying, restarting, still no LSPDFR.

    Any suggestions ?

    make sure you run RH as admin, and that GTAV and GTA Launcher is not running as admin, ensure you add an exception in your antivirus programs, malware, etc will block RH, if after all this you still get that error, try first load GTAV when is load and you hear sirens minimize quick and try to load RH as admin, it should hook and work. if not something else is blocking your GTA folder, exceptions must be added for the entire folder.
