I'm new to this game, and I want to play LSPDFR... and when I load up with ragehook, it takes me to the first mission, I don't want to play the dang game I want to play LSPDFR, how do I skip to free roam LSPDFR?!?!?

You have to complete all tutorial missions (up til the point you're allowed to free-roam). Alternatively, you can download save game file.
