Hello i have had gta 4 for a while and i wanted to try a enb but i cant find one that makes my lights look good but also runs on my specs which are 

 

GPU-Intel hd 4000

-CPU-core i3

-and 4GB of Ram 

 

PLZ HELP ME THANKS and respond Asap

Not a lot else i'm afraid, although you can just try various enb's and see what happens.

Out of curiosity, what fps do you get in game? and what settings are your graphics at?

At original settings about 20 to 30 

Very unlikely you can run any real ENB. ELS enhancement and maybe something like a timecycle mod would be about all you can handle

and could i also run gta 5

Get a commandline, Then you can run must ENB's and high settings, I had one for GTA IV and it ran on my laptop perfectly. Use the text below, make a notepad titled commandline copy and paste the code below, save it, drop in main directory and see how it works!  I don't need it anymore because I upgraded to a new PC last year and can run IV flawlessly.

without risk of getting hated and my topic randomly moved.. can someone recommend a good ENB or other visual setting for my computer?
