I'd like to have a game that has LS completely transformed into LA, such as all the real life billboards, police, ads, airlines, airport etc.

Is there some sort of pack that includes all the available Real Life mods?

Probably no pack, but there are plenty of LA mods around. Google and the searchbar is your friend in this regard.
