Ped Stop Problem!

Featured Replies

Hello all,

This has been happening every once in awhile. Sometimes when I got to stop a ped using the xbox controller (DPadRight) nothing will happen. My character while just say a frase or something. I also then try the key board key to stop a ped. It also  does not work. I usually have to re load all plugins and go on duty again then it works again. Sometimes I wont have this problem then, like tonight It happened again. I hold the button and no "stopping" meter pops up or nothing.

If there's no fix to this its no big deal I can live with it, but I just wanted to see if anyone else has experienced this or if its just me.

Thanks for any input!!

Have a great day!

Hello fellow officers, there are a lot of people with this problem. Just check this forum to find more. It is just LSPDFR according to some people. It needs to be fixed with the next LSPDFR update.

For me it is the Arrest Manager plugin. From the moment I take it out of my game my E-button-stop-ped-function works again. Although the creator of the Arrest Manager plugin Albo1125 assured me it is impossible that a plugin interferes with the game's basic workings. Off course, Arrest Manager is about the most convenient plugin around and I don't want to play without it. What works for me (most of the time) is; if I don't use the Grab ped-button and the Put ped in car-button I can use the Stop-ped-button about 80% of the time, which is good enough to me.

Hope we or LSPDFR will find a sollution soon

Peace and a Colt .45

Same for me.  I love Arrest manager but it causes this bug and as soon as I remove the plugin, problem solved.  I'm having a hard time believing that explanation and have reached out to Albo myself with no reply :-\.  It sucks because his plugins are the best. Without Arrest manger I cant use LSPDFR+

Ah, happy there is someone else where the Arrest Manager plug-in actually creates the problem. So I'm not going crazy:teehee:But like I said; if I don't use the -Grab ped  and put him in car- function- it works most of the time.

Yaeh, Albo's mods are the best, I'm not playing without them either. But I also asked Albo for some explanation with no reply. Well, I guess and hope his genius mind is just too busy creating new mods for us for answering some noobs about the obvious. Anyway, like I said earlier; maybe it's not for other people like that and it just happens with...well, from now on the 2 of us:thumbsup:
