i somehow deleted my resident.rpf

I don't think that'd be a great idea. We can't verify that the file you receive is real. You also already have the file. Simply restore backups, verify your game files or reinstall your game to get it back.

I understand that you need it, but I can't provide it nor can I really say it would put us in a good position if we started sharing original game files left and right.

Hi ! ;) 

I think you can obviously take it back by going on steam ( If you have it on steam ofc ), and then right-click " Grand Theft Auto V ", and then "Properties", "Local data(or something like that)", " Verify integrity of game cache ", and then, it'll download your resident.rpf back

Did you at least to try what I've just told you to do ?

( BTW, no need to send me a private message I won't send the file, first because it's illegal, secondly because my Internet connection won't follow up, thirdly cause you didn't even try by yourself. )
