Quick Survey To Help Me Decide What Programs I Should Use To Make Skins. So Far I Have Used Paint.net To Make Outlines, Then Texts In Photoshop, And As For Lines And Curves, Right Now I Use Paint.Net. If Your Strategy and/or Program Isn't Up Here, Please Feel Free To Write A Comment And Tell Me. Thank You For The Help!

My answer is half the truth.  I use Paint tool SAI (a Japaneses art program) for colour and outlines and Photoshop for text and effects. So process I use for my comic pages as well

If you're unfamiliar it has most of the common functionality of Photoshop, but its free and arguably easier.

Personally I find GIMP harder to use than Photoshop, but that's likely because I've trained myself on how Photoshop works.

I use Photoshop for everything GTA V. I use a mixture of Photoshop and GIMP when I make textures for War Thunder.

Hence why I said arguably. XD This has always been a source of conflict. Both are great tools just some people find one respectively better than others.

Personally I just don't like the shortkey setup of Photoshop, it just isn't logical to me for the most part and it just complicates things.

You left out GIMP as an option, which I know many people on here use as well.

How do you make the curves in Photoshop. I think it has something to do with the pen tool but I personally can't do it. The pen tool is just really hard to miniver for me. Feed back is very much appreciated! Thanks guys

You use a filter called Curve Bend and you can move the top and bottom independently to make it fatter in certain places to fit the curve better as well.

Pen tool. When you want it to stop curving, hold down Alt and click the little square in the middle of the protruding line.
