Hi everyone there , how do i change it if i want the Blue reflection on the left and red reflection on the right side . i am saying the reflection on the ground . NOT the els colour . i follow the guide in gtapolicemods.

Yes. You did it correctly.

Yes, just change the numbers in ELS.ini, like you posted.

I prefer to have alternate blue and red settings, so that the reflections on one side aren't 100% one color.

No, you set up red as the left color, and you wanted blue on the left.
