GTA V crashes after going on duty with LSPDFR

So after a while after going on duty (about 2-3 minuets) the game gives up and crashes. I had to reinstall previously due to a failed ZLIB call. Please help. I am desperate to get the game working as I have a YT channel which hasn't been updated in a while beacause of this. I have spent about 8 hours downloading the game twice, and modding it and restarting it.

EDIT: It now says 22 files failed to validate and is downloading 26GB data...again.

    steam version (im guessing) or social club/retail version?

    do you have the requirements for both the game, lspdfr itself any related mods (lspdfr related or  scripthook, scripthook.net?
    do you use a 'mods' folder?
    did you install anything in the game using open IV?
    did you install lspdfr and any mods correct?
    what game version do you have?
    what RPH version do you use?
    what were you doing when it decided to crash (load a mod, driving etc..?was it working before and now, all of a sudden, it doesnt?

    some basic information on whats going on will help people to try and help you try and figure out whats going on

    READ THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE MODS..THEY'RE CALLED READMEs   AKA read me for a reason

    lspdfr plugin or GTA V crashed? find your Rage log in your gta folder, usually found after ragepluginhook.exe and open it, hit Ctrl a, open pastebin.com, select new paste, hit Ctrl v, get the link after you pasted it and supply that with your issue in the specific mod topic, it helps the developer diagnose the problem you may have.
