I have been trying for the last 2 days to get this game to work. I have made a backup of the original game for situations like this. At first I tried to install Redux but the game wouldn't load so I moved on. Next I installed LSPDFR and Captain14's LSPD Pack along with VisualV. Im running the latest version of GTA as I just got the game. This also crashed my game. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

In your main directory, there is a logfile. or older logs in the "log" folder.

along with that, do some screenshots of your GTA V directory, and your plugins folder.

 

Or just post the detailed crash report that is generated by RPH. But atm we cant help you because the only think you said is basically "my game crashes".

The only thing in my plugins folder is LSPDFR.

I cant really tell much from your log. But scince you are using Steam, the first think I recommend is to check your files for errors. Corrupted gamefiles appear now and then, even tho you dont have any idea where they come from or why.

 

Delete the contents of your mods folder and then I would recommend to remove everything inside your GTA V main directory besides: The 4 gamefolders (_CommonRedist, x64, update, Installers), common.rpf and all the other .rpf files.

 

So you only have the folders and the big gamefiles left. Now you go into Steam, go to GTA V, options and chose "Check local data for errors". This will take like 30 mins. It should check all those .rpfs for errors and redownload the missing files.

 

Then try a clean reinstall of RPH and LSPDFR. If it still doesnt work, we are atleast sure that all the gamefiles are fine and its something else.
