The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

This is true. Especially for lower end systems. Me on the other hand I dont get much lag due to dual 1080s and an I7-6700k but I do get lag occasionally.
