The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Details: Could not locate GTA5.exe in "C:\Users\user\Documents\Rockstar Games\GTA V" i keep getting this message after installation can anyone help me??? i have no idea what to do. i have installed and uninstalled at least 5 times. i have called Rockstar and they gave me a digital download even though it started with the disks....keeps saying corrupt installation..but between the disks and the digital download how is that possible..i feel i am missing something.

GTA5.exe would be located in your GTA 5's installation folder. For steam version it's Program Files (x86)/steam/steamapps/common/Grand Theft Auto V.

For retail version it's Program Files (x86)/Rockstar Games/Grand Theft Auto V

You need to install Rage in the main directory folder.  Do you have GTA5.exe in the path you have provided above?  Doesn't sound right to have the game installed in your Documents folder.
