Can someone help me out with this. Im trying to change the default color for my police vehicles. I can change the one i use with my trainer but than lets say i call for backup or im in a pursuit the default color (which is usually white for alot of vehicles) pop up and i have 7 cars now white with myself in black. I cant find the carvariations folder for lets say police, 2, 3, 4 sheriff fbi etc. i know there is a carvariation for most of them can someone help with where to find it?

The carvariations for those cars are hard coded into the game.  To change them, you'll need to add a new carvar line somewhere such as mpvalentines2 or some other dlc. :)

I don't know where to start tho for adding a new carvar any idea? Can someone help me out with that

What do you mean?  Like, how and where you add it?  If yes, follow this link -

 

Like i have no idea how to make a carvariations file from scratch. Is there a way i can make one for strictly all police vehicles? Im sure someone on here has dealt with this already or made one or something

You don't have to make one from scratch. I don't even think you can. Just use a program like OpenIV and most of the times there will be either a carvariations.meta file or a bit of text you should put into a carvariations.meta file included. And it should then also say where to install it.

I don't know if there's a master carvar line for police vehicles, but this is the standard I use for almost all my standalone police vehicles.
