LSPDFR crashes/lag

Featured Replies

So since recently my LSPDFR has been lagging. I can confirm it is not GTA V itself. It starts lagging either as soon as LSPDFR has started and I've gone on duty or when i call in backup or accept a callout or spawn callouts. My PC is not at fault either. It only started recently (about 3 days ago)

Thanks, Alex

How many plugins (including callouts) are you running?  A plethora of callouts and other plugins running at once will bog down the game.

Vehicle search shouldn't be the issue, but I advise removing that, as well as SWAT callouts and see how it is.

I'll try removing vehicle search, why SWAT callouts? I really need that, and I've had it for almost since I installed LSPDFR.

If it works flawlessly for you, then disregard.  I only said it because the last time I had it installed it crashed every time I tried to accept a SWAT callout.

If removing vehicle search doesn't do anything, I advise temporarily removing all of your plugins and verify if it's a plugin based problem.

Okay. It doesn't crash when I accept a SWAT callout specifically, can be any callout.

You never clarified on the crashing part, only lagging.  When it crashes, does LSPDFR just crash, or does the game hard crash?

No don't worry, I did mean lag. When I tried responding it then crashed.

Just realised I also recently installed Simple CPR, any problems with that?

I have not tried it, or heard of it.  I would temporarily remove that just to make sure.

Seemed to be the cause! Shame, very useful mod, kept the death toll down.

Have you tried BetterEMS?  That does wonders for saving lives.
