GTA launches fine but as soon as i launch RPH it crashes.

I'm really not sure what to tell you then, unfortunately. The issue seems specific to your modded game.

 

Is there anything from a previous modded GTA version in your game?  An old version of anything?

No, i made a clean install of GTA V for that exact same reason.

That's unfortunate really, but everything is still in development basically so who knows. Maybe this thing will be magically fixed in the next update.

Can you provide screenshots of your plugins and lspdfr folders? Also, did you install any vehicles into "Update"?

and no, not other mods other then LSPDFR

My bad with working. I meant LSPDFR that was inside Plugins... but if you only have LSPDFR, there is nothing else in plugins other than lspdfr.

So, this is the only thing you installed. Did you install it manually or automatically? Are you positive you have the latest scripthookv and RPH? You installed LSPDFR first, then RPH, and replaced all files it said to, correct? When you boot up RPH and click on the gear symbol, does it say not supported on the bottom left? Is there an SDK folder in your directory? Make sure to remove one if there is. It has to be something with RPH or LSPDFR if there are no vehicles installed.

 

EDIT: It appears you dont have scripthookvdotnet installed. I would recommend installing that. https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/scripthookv-net

I just downloaded what you gave here and launched the game, it still doesn't work

Try reinstalling .NET and C++ packages (both 2010 and 2015), I have a feeling it's related to that.  Use the links on their site.

Okay, this was really stupid.

 

Apparently antivirus programs interfere with RPH for some reason, so i disabled the AVG installed on my computer and it worked! really weird.

 

Thanks to everyone trying to help, i think other people have this problem so here is a solution for them.

Interesting that your anti virus blocked modded GTA, but not GTA itself.  *facepalm*  I guess it makes some sense.

Ah, LSPDFR And many other mods pop up as a "False Positive" on many antivirus software... Awesome you figured it out! Happy playing ;)

The thing is it never notified me of blocking RPH, i guess it's just a memory conflict between AVG and RPH.
