Did you install GTA V first then install RPH and all the mods?

Reinstall RPH, and make sure you follow the instructions carefully. :)

Okay, did that. However nothing changed, still getting the same error.

After you installed it the first time, what did you do? Just launch immediately?

What did you do with the configurator? 'Cause I never touched mine.

i think i made it to choose the settings to me

Open it back up and see if you can reset things to default.  If no, open RPH, go to the "advanced settings" tab. Uncheck "enable counter measures against online vehicles being removed in single player." Try again.

i couldn't reset it but when i went to the "advanced settings" that option was already unchecked

I'm honestly not sure what the issue is.  I'm thinking maybe it's with the download, but I don't know.  Only thing I can advise is uninstalling all traces of RPH and whatever else you installed and try again.

Actually yesterday i did a fresh install of GTA V to reinstall the mod again and the problem still persisted. i don't think installation is the problem, probably just a bug affecting a minor amount of users.

The very last thing I can offer is running RPH as admin and see how it reacts.  Other than that, I'm sorry, but that's the extent of what I can offer.  Maybe someone who knows will reply later.

It would also help if you posted screenshots of your GTA V directory.
