Hello all, my game has crashed before in the past but I have since fixed the issue, but now my game crashed 3 times in a row on callouts. I checked the Rage Plugin Hook Crash report and my last line was "[10/27/2016 9:28:29 PM.549] LSPD First Response: PlayAction: Failed to find UNIT_RESPONDING_DISPATCH, reverted to random voice" does anyone know how I can get this audio file or what maybe is wrong with it

Is the entire game crashing and going back to Windows or is just LSPDFR crashing?

All of the sound files are located in the LSPDFR download.  Just download the latest one and poke around until you find it (I think they're all stored in (GTA V)/LSPDFR folder).

The entire game I do have problems with LSPDFR crashing too but its less important to me than the game crashes

Do what Iggy Fresh said.  It sounds like maybe you accidentally skipped a file or didn't properly download.  I, too, sometimes get the "failed to find audio" line in my log, but it's never crashed because of it.
