So.... I've spent the past 6 or so hours trying to troubleshoot this on my own but I'm stumped, so I'm hoping one of you fine specimen from our community possibly has any answers or suggestions. 

I'll get right to the point. While playing the game, I will initiate a pursuit on any adversary whether it be via traffic stop, callout, etc... So as I get my lazy ass out of my vehicle and begin to put my left foot in front of my right foot after this POS, I begin to blurt obscenities about how I would love to have some damn help. So I yell out over the air for someone, anyone to show up. And like expected, I hear other deputies start to respond to my location ("Adam 6 we're responding!" "Adam 12, we'll be right there!" "Adam 13, we're at the little coffee shop around the corner!") I'm still huffing and puffing after this guy all while thanking Jesus for his graciousness, or so I thought... I hear the sirens screaming and I see those lights a-flashing toward me on West Mirror Drive and I'm so happy that I start to slow down because my fellow co-workers are going to do one of them kick ass driving maneuvers, kick out their back wheels and slide right into this dude! Right?! No....That is not what happens, at all... As I'm slowing down, the first unit (Car 1) doesn't bother to even touch the brake pedal as he flies by me going at least 80 mph in a 20 residential zone. I'm in disbelief as this 'deputy' completely ignores my need for help and my suspect now has another 20 feet lead in front of me. I still have faith at this point because there are two more units coming down the street (Car 2 & Car 3).

I bet you're thinking I'm crazy right now and just don't know "the physics of LSPDFR and GTA AI yet". But wait.....their's more...

Was there any change in response from these two backing units??? HELL NO! Car 2 is going just as fast as Car 1 (if not faster....dick...) and cuts almost a 90 degree turn RIGHT BEHIND ME, onto the sidewalk, onto Old Lady Mary's lawn where little Miss Mary is watering her grass. His final resting position was into the front porch of the house with Mary, pinned against the front window of her own home and between the wrap around push bars of the vehicle. At this point, I realize that something is wrong/broken. However, before I can call the chase off, Car 3 is like that little cousin that has to do everything the older siblings do but 'better'. This mofo flies by me (like Car 1) but instead flips a bitch, 180-degrees back towards me and then cuts again 90 degrees to the left where, without hesitation, plummets off the cliff and lands onto the freeway below where nothing is seen but and explosion and screams are heard... I shut the game down at this point. LONG STORY SHORT, this problem is more annoying than anything because I can play the game with it present but I'd rather not to.     

BEFORE you post an answer/suggestion/smart-ass remark, let me tell you what exactly I have tried:  

• Verified "police ignore player", "Police don't dispatch", "never wanted", "player invisible", etc.. we're all turned off. (No joy)
• Removed Simple Native Trainer from game completely. (No joy)
• Removed all callouts from plugins (Worked for 1 backup unit in ever 15 called, No joy)

I am patiently awaiting your responses my brethren. Until then, it's back to the operating table for me. 

 

DISCLAIMER: I apologize (no I don't...) for the lengthy post and story. I was falling asleep while typing this post so I had to do something to keep my brain engaged and alert. The events of the story are true and accurate to the best of my knowledge. I'm actually kinda pissed that I can't record my gameplay or even take screenshots because while it was annoying and frustrating, it was hella funny and shocking! If anything in my post offends you, I'm sorry (again, no I'm not...) that you are not blessed with tougher skin.

This is how LSPDFR was programmed, backing into Rockstar's crazy system. Deal with it or don't play. I don't have an issue with it.

I also forgot to include the part where units will arrive on scene but not get up out of their vehicles and instead just sit in the middle of the road with their siren going or they'll start driving in large circles.

Are you on the latest version of RPH, plugins, and callouts?

I am indeed sir. I made sure to go back through and re-download all the plugins and RPH, Scripthook I was using so they we're all the most recent versions.

Are you running lspdfr+ or keep calm?

Just LSPDFR+

What was the last thing you installed before this happened?

If worst comes to worst you can just reinstall the whole game.

then if that doesnt work uninstall lspdfr+ and run it because I know that changes a lot of AI response.

I have the same issue with the backup units just driving in circles at times. No idea whats causing it. I have the latest game patch with RPH 0.47 and the latest version of Albo's mods installed.

When was the last time you reinstalled your whole game?
