Is there anyway to turn on emergency lights without cars pulling over?

Featured Replies

Whenever I try to attempt a traffic stop at a traffic light with other cars around, the car I'm pulling over has no where to go because everyone else has stopped because my lights are on.  Is there anyway to make other traffic ignore my lights when pulling someone over?

I think it's hardcoded into the game. If it is then no, there isn't unfortunately

If you want to me reply as soon as possible, then either quote or @CouthInk4  me as i'll be notified, a general reply will not notify me

The only thing I can suggest is to wait to light them up until after you get through the intersection.  I suppose you can always turn off your lights as well just until traffic moves their butt.  If you have traffic policer installed, you can mimic them to where you want if they won't move on their own.  Granted, you may have to scrape against other cars, but I think you can live with it. :P

I usually follow what Arariel suggested and what Police usually do, wait until the light changes for traffic to move out then pull them over. Real Police would only pull you over at a red light if they thought you were dangerous i.e. DUI or if they were worried you might run and wanted you blocked in.

Thanks for your replies.

I guess I'll just follow them for a bit after we clear the light to pull them over.  Like some of you said, it's not realistic to pull them over at the intersection.
