I think the the Base would be make the same as GTA V. More Multiplayer Game (Online) as a Singlepayer Game. If R * is oriented to Gta V (what can be read on Web) is the whole Game only on Multiplayer. And how i say we the PC People are once again the losers.

@Original Light Buying a console is only worthwhile if you play a lot on it. Only for an exclusive title or only 1-3 Games to buy a console I find it is nonsense.

I have a good collection of games, mostly exclusives. So I got my money's worth. 

Also, the way I took the press release - it's basically stating that it's going to be a whole new world (single player) that also happens to lay the foundation for an online mode as a separate entity (like GTA V/Online). We're still getting both modes.
