I was looking around because i want realistic and accurate cars,sirens,peds for my game and it was fairly hard so i thought i would post them here:

I wouldn't recommend Bugs's CVPI or the "BLM" mod. If you want a realistic California setup, both of those won't work. Bugs's car mod is a fictional representation, not realistically based. All of the LAPD, LASD, and CHP cars also don't have rapid flashing LED lights, so I'd leave that out. Default lighting is the best you can have.

For the siren, I'd rather recommend using this.

Last time I used Gravel's sirens, it was just really crap quality. Who knows, he could've updated it, but I'd still recommend this one ^. It's the one I always use, and it's completely on-par. Take that from me, I live in Los Angeles.

Also, don't be afraid to add in "old" police cruisers. That's my own specialty.

Crown Victorias from 1998 all the way to about 2008 are extremely common. I've seen 5 1998-2000 Crown Victorias in one day, all LAPD, just randomly patrolling. I don't see many 2009-2011 Crown Victorias, though. I don't believe the LAPD purchased any, or maybe they're just hiding from me. It's still quite a rare sighting. LASD is almost all 09-11, though. They do still have loads of 98-08, though.
