The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Yea it was selected and it still does that idk man rage is fucked now

Hey, I had the same issue. Go into ragepluginhook's settings and uncheck the 'Enable counter measures against online vehicles being removed in singleplayer' and it worked for me.
