Hi, I'm having a strange problem with GTA V (retail version). Whenever I try to screenshot the game using the default Windows key and prt sc, all my screenshots of the game come out as just a black screen. What's causing this, and how can I fix it?

That rarely works if your game is fullscreen as the game takes exclusive control over explorer. Put your game in Windowed fullscreen, or use a proper screen capture software.

this because you are on fullscreen mode. try pressing alt + enter, and then you can screenshot your game.
