Yesterday I downloaded a new vehicle. After loading the game, no police vehicles would spawn. I delted my update folder and used my back up. But when I go into Mods, Update, theres only a x64 folder, no update.rpf. I reinstalled the game, but update.rpf is gone aswell as all the dlc pack folders (patchday)

update.rpf isn't in a patchday. It;s supposed to be under x64 in the Update folde.r

I don't understand the point of signatures on this site. What the fuck is the point?
