I was wondering, what do you guys think? Is it better to play LCPDRF on GTA IV or on Liberty City Stories as a ballad of gay tony (or something like that)?

Also, from what I understand, in second one, there is is police 3, 4, etc., what does that mean? you see them as much as you see FBI cars? Reason I am asking is I want to play more ELS cars, but don't want computer to also use these cars as it will cause computer to crash.

    EFLC for sure, if you have Gang Police you can do raids in TLaD, if you want to do raids in bars, TBoGT good for that WAY better stuff in TBoGT as Asuna mentioned.
