Game Freezes When Spawning Cars

After the latest update, whenever I spawn a vehicle via Rage console or Simple Trainer, the game completely freezes and I cannot do anything. I have to force-restart my PC. If I use the console, I cannot close it, but it continuously shows a bunch of numbers below the spawn command.

What can I do to fix this?
