The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Okay, so if i call a coroner/two truck/backup or just placing a barrier or anything. It's always double. So, 2 coroners comes, 2 tow trucks, etc. Why? Any ideas?

Are you loading the police radio after you go on duty? If you are thats why. You have 2 instances of police radio running. Be aware, police radio loads when LSPDFR is loaded, and there is no need to load it separately.

Just to add onto this, any plugins in the LSPDFR folder (plugins-->LSPDFR) load when you go on duty.
