Purple mods folder?  I'm confused.  Where did you get purple from?  "X64e" and "update" should be copied to the mods folder.

I'm so frustrated took me forever to finally get a vehicle to work after replacing police4 with a crown Vic mod. I close out the game to add more vehicles and of course the game updates itself and now I can't get on at all

I understand what you meant by purple mods folder.  Had to check it again. :P

Check out this topic and follow the instructions.  You'll be able to revert your game and use your mods as normal -

I did back it up originally and I did click revert back to backup version and it still will not work idk what the problem is. I'm just gonna wait for the update so I said now I'm gonna just play regularly and beat some missions since I only installed for pc to play lspdfr but for some reason I can't load the game at all after this update even if I go to my original gta5 back up folder and launcher I keep getting this error screen

The topic I linked to you isn't the same as RPH's backup option.  That topic shows you how to make a backup of your current game version, and then revert back to it once the game updates.

I understand I did read that but problem is I already updated so I'm past backing it up without it already but now I'm trying to figure out why I can't get the game to run at all

True, it's too late to back it up now, but now you know how to do it so once everything is updated and you get your game going again, you know how to keep it this way permanently.
